A method for cross express testing of remineralization efficiency of caries-preventing means includes detection of dental deposit and intensity of background dyeing of intact not etched enamel, determination of functional resistivity of enamel, testing re-mineralization efficiency of caries-preventing means. Express testing is carried out in three steps in one session on 11 and 21 teeth, additionally at the second and the third steps enamel etching is not carried out. After each step methylene blue is applied to etched sections of enamel, after its abrasion one evaluates intensity of dyeing of etched sections. At the first step one determines primary resistivity of enamel, at the second step one determines efficiency of two means that are used separately, and at the third step one determines effectiveness of two means used together. |
