摘要 A device for balancing a shaft of a radial spindle bearing on permanent magnets includes indicators of the values of gaps, gap value measuring devices, calculator, component shaft of a spindle bearing that consists of three coaxially installed shafts, at the ends of the middle shaft in screens permanent magnets of the shaft are installed as hollow cylinders with poles at the inner and the outer side surfaces. In the body of the spindle bearing on permanent magnets over the permanent magnets of the shaft n force magnetic repulse units on each are installed, those are combined into four groups of connected in parallel force magnetic repulse units, n/4 repulse units in each group. The groups of the force magnetic repulse units are installed by axles and symmetrically with respect to the axles of the coordinate systems XBOBY and XGOGYG, origins of which belong to the axis of symmetry of the inner surface of the body of the spindle bearing on permanent magnets, each force magnetic repulse unit includes a permanent magnet installed to the screen, installed in insulator piezoelectric engine and a control screw, over the end shafts of the component shaft of the spindle bearing on permanent magnets in ceramic bushings at the axes of the coordinate systems XOYand XOY, origins of which belong as well to the axis of symmetry of the inner surface of the body of the spindle bearing on permanent magnets indicators of the values of gaps between the bases of those indicators and the surfaces of the end shafts of the component shaft of the spindle bearing on permanent magnets are installed. The axes of coordinate systems XOYand XOY, XOY, XGOGYG are parallel to each other. The device includes gap value measuring units, calculator, operational amplifiers, switches “direct-off-reverse”, differential amplifiers, switches “on-off”. Indicators of the values of gaps are electrically connected to the groups of connected in parallel force magnetic repulse units. Indicators of gap values are connected to the inputs of the gap value measuring devices, and the outputs of those are connected to the inputs of calculator. The output of the shaft angle of turn measuring device is connected to the inputs of the gap value measuring devices, and the outputs of those are connected to the inputs of calculator. The output of the shaft turn angle measuring device is connected to the input of calculator, outputs of calculator are connected to the inputs of the pairs of operational amplifiers, and the outputs of those through switches “direct-off-reverse” are connected to the inputs of the first, second, third and fourth differential amplifiers. The output of the first differential amplifier through the switch “on-off” is connected to the groups of force magnetic repulse units installed by axis Yof the coordinate system XBOBYB, output of the second differential amplifier through a switch “on-off” is connected to the groups of force magnetic repulse units installed by axis XB of the coordinate system XBOBYB. The output of the third differential amplifier through a switch “on-off” is connected to the groups of force magnetic repulse units installed by axis YG of the coordinate system XGOGYG. The output of the fourth differential amplifier through a switch “on-off” is connected to the groups of force magnetic repulse units installed by axis XG of the coordinate system XGOGYG.
