A method for the preparation of nanostructured films of amorphous silicon for solar cells comprises deposition of silicon on a substrate from the gas phase, lightening with the femtosecond laser light of amorphous silicon film based on potassium-gadolinium ytterbium tungstate or titanium-sapphire.
