METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF INORGANIC ELEMENTS IN HONEY AND BEE IMAGO BY MEANS OF X-RAY FLUORESCENT ANALYSIS

A method for quantitative determination of inorganic elements in honey and bee imago by means of X-ray fluorescent analysis includes sampling, preparation of samples for analysis, drying test material, ashing of samples, measurements and calculation of concentration with account of intensity of fluorescent radiation, introduction of inner standard as a gallium element. One applies inner standard as a gallium element to silicon oxide with measuring intensity of fluorescent radiation in mode “quantitative analysis".
