METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SOFT TISSUE DEFECT OF UPPER EYELID

摘要

A method for surgical treatment of soft tissue defect of the upper eyelid comprises the transposition of paramedian frontal flap and the closure of the skin defect of the upper eyelid with cutaneous part of the flap. At the first step, the paramedian flap is prelaminated with silicon plate. At the second step, prelaminated flap is transposed to the area of then through defect of the upper eyelid with the closure of the mucosal defect with neocapsule of the flap generated around silicon plate.
