The invention relates to artificial promoter, which does not occur in nature, activated by pathogens, contains minimal promoter and is suitable for nucleic acid transcription regulation, resulting in pathogen resistance, wherein the mentioned minimal promoter contains fragment of sequence dbrmwa, located downstream TATA-box and upstream one of the start points of transcription, which is located on the minimal promoter, initiating transcription of regulated nucleic acid. |
