A dry coke quenching chamber consists of forehearth, cooling zone, zone of cross rides with arms, located in metal jacket, which walling is made from profile and standard refractory products, each raw of which is connected among themselves with connection “gutter in bypass”, and fire clay refractory products. At the zone of cross rides refractory products are additionally connected among themselves by means of connection “dovetail”. The outer layer, bordering the jacket, along walling perimeter is made of light materials. |
