FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: inlet of pump, mainly screw-type, of pump station is connected via main line to the liquefaction tank filled with oil-water mixture. Pump station also includes circulation circuit with closing main line connected to the liquefaction tank and to the pump. The liquefaction tank includes variable gas volume located in upper part and two volumes with various values for liquid medium, one volume - consumable of variable filling, and the other one - reserve and determined from the condition of sufficiency for cooling of the pump and maintained at constant level prior to actuation of circulation circuit and complete exhaustion of liquefaction medium from variable volume of the specified tank. For that purpose, housing of the tank is equipped with two outlet connection pipes, one of which is installed at the boundary level of the above variable consumable and constant reserve volumes. The liquefaction tank is also equipped with a channel on inner side, which screens the lower outlet connection pipe. Channel connects the liquefaction tank through lower edge to lower connection pipe and after that to main flow line. ^ EFFECT: providing continuous pumping of well fluids with solid discrete particles in emergency situations and excluding overheating and failure of pump equipment. ^ 8 cl, 1 dwg |
