PURPOSE: A user terminal control device and a control method thereof are provided to control a user terminal through a sound wave generating/receiving component such as a microphone or a speaker. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(110) generates a first sound wave signal. An input unit(120) receives a second sound wave signal from outside. An operation unit(130) compares a first sound intensity of the first sound wave signal with a second sound intensity signal of the input unit. A control unit(140) generates a control signal about a user terminal.
