AUTOMATIC CLEANING APPARATUS OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: An automatic cleaning apparatus of a heat exchanger is provided to prevent needless heat radiating by controlling heat radiated through an electric heat pipe and clean the inner surface of an electric heat pipe comprised in a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An automatic cleaning apparatus of a heat exchanger comprises a support plate(10), a fixed shaft(20), a cleaning unit(30), a driving part(40), and an air spray part(60). The support plate is located below a heat exchanger(100). The lower portion of the fixed shaft is located in the support plate. The upper portion of the fixed shaft is extended into a plurality of vertical electric heat pipes(110). The cleaning unit is coupled with the fixed shafts and cleans the inner surface of the vertical electric heat pipes. The driving part lifts the support plate. The air spray part sprays the air to the upper portion of the heat exchanger.
