A method for automatic control of vacuum boiler to produce meat-and-bone meal tankage provides for measuring and controlling pressure in the boiler, measuring and controlling temperature in the boiler, measurement of product humidity in the boiler. Temperature and pressure in the boiler is regulated by means of heating steam flow variation through a control valve and with changing exhausted steam consumption though a check valve. Correcting coupling which compensates influence a temperature-control loop in the boiler on pressure-control loop in the boiler is introduced to provide their independence, this increases a dynamic accuracy. |
