METHOD FOR CHANGE OF INITIAL VELOCITY OF MISSILES AND MINES

Disclosed is a method for determination of initial velocity of missiles by means of a photo-electronic complex. The complex is completed with a system that includes one or two digital photo-apparatuses or video-cameras in set with micro-computer with software for digital processing of images and military theodolites or other survey devices for determination of pointing angles of photographic equipment, block for synchronization of instants of shot and photographing or video-record, and stationary measuring complex with a computer and software.
