PURPOSE: An antifoaming agent composition for seawater is provided to improve environmentally-friendly characteristic and to secure superior antifoaming capability and persistency. CONSTITUTION: An antifoaming agent composition for seawater includes a silicon oil compound, an alkyl polyglycoside, a thickener, and a solvent. The silicon oil compound includes a silicon-based oil compound, silica, and cyclodextrin. The silicon oil compound includes one or more selected from a group including polydimethyl siloxane represented by chemical formula 1, silicon resin represented by chemical formula 2, and polydimethylsilicon-polyether copolymer represented by chemical formula 3. In chemical formula 1, n is the integer of 60-80 or 350-400. In chemical formula 2, R is a C1-10 alkyl group. In chemical formula 3, R is a hydrogen atom or a C1-10 alkyl group; m and n are respectively 1-50; and x and y are respectively the integer of 1-100.
