PURPOSE: A composition for preventing vascularization containing anti-FLT-1 peptide in which mini -peg is welded is provided to effectively treat diseases caused by abnormal or excessive vascularization phenomenon and to enhance convenience of treatment. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing vascularization comprises a combination of peptide containing an amino acid sequence described in the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1) and 8-amino-3,6-dioxaoctanoic acid(mini-PEG) as an active component. The peptide is in D form. The peptide controls or interrupts combination between the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGR) and the VEGF receptor(VEGFR). The composition prevents or treats diseases due to the abnormal or excessive vascularization. The composition is for oral administration or injecting. The oral administration material is manufactured into capsules, tablets, pellets, suspension agent, syrup or powders.
