PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electronic seal is provided to reduce costs in comparison with the existing seal and to enable to simply and conveniently stamp a seal. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electronic seal comprises an input terminal(100), a controlling member(200), and an output terminal(300). Contents of an electronic seal including a character sort and a font in which a user desires are input to the input terminal. The controlling member carves the contents input to the input terminal on an electronic seal and processes the carved contents of the electronic seal to fit to an output form. The output terminal outputs the contents processed by the controlling unit. The output terminal outputs the contents of the electronic seal processed by the controlling unit as a form of a seal and a form sealing on a paper in which the user desires.
