FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: coal-tar resin is added coal mix consisting of medium volatile coal, coke coal, depleted sintering coal, gas-medium volatile coal and coke depleted coal. Prior to adding said coal-tar resin is premixed with coke medium volatile coal and/or coke medium volatile low-metamorphised coal at the ratio of 1:(3.3-6). Fraction of coal-tar resin is premixed with coke medium volatile coal and/or coke medium volatile low-metamorphised coal in said mix makes 20-40% while that of coal-tar resin makes 3-6%.
