PURPOSE: A battery cooling device is provided to prevent damages due to friction between a flange and a blower case, and to prevent noise due to air leak by absolutely sealing between the flange and the blower case. CONSTITUTION: A battery cooling device comprises a blower. The blower comprises: a blower case; a motor(130) arranged inside the blower case in order to absorb and discharge inner air in the battery housing, and connecting to a battery housing; a flange(140) for mounting the motor in the blower case; a wire(150) drawn to outside the blower case in order to electrically connect the motor to outside; and a guide element(160) sealing a distance between the blower case and the flange by being inserted between the blower case and the flange.
