PURPOSE: A medical three-way stop cock and a drug solution set connector connected to the same are provided to facilitate the reuse thereof. CONSTITUTION: A medical three-way stop cock comprises a direction adjustment member(30) which is rotationally combined. In the medical three-way stop cock, a plurality of branches(20) is radially formed on the outer circumference of the main body. In the inner circumference of the end of a plurality of the branches, an inner coupling unit having the same pitch is formed. On one side of stop-cock body or the upper side of the direction adjustment member, a fixing is formed. A sealing cap(40) is combined with the front end of the branch.
