PURPOSE: A work ladder is provided to easily observe arcs generated in welding to a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A work ladder comprises a first support portion(10), a second support portion(20), and step portions(31,32,33). The first and second support portions are arranged to be space from each other and support the step portions. The step portions are arranged to be spaced from each other in a vertical direction. The step portions are joined to the first support portion with a hinge so that one end part of the stepping portion is rotated in a direction lined-up with a supporting surface and the other end part of the stepping portion is supported in the second support portion to be separated.
