PURPOSE: A power generation system using animal power and the weight of animals is provided to optimize the performance of generating electricity, and to generate electricity all day by changing the animals. CONSTITUTION: A power generation system using animal power and the weight of animals comprises a bottom floor(100), a vertical rotary shaft(200), a power generating unit(300), animals, a power transfer unit, a power generator(500), a lever plate(610), a lever shaft(620), a spring(630), a lever rack gear(640), a lever pinion, and a driving power transfer gear. The lever rack gear connected to one end of the lever plate interlocks with the lever plate. The lever pinion is engaged with the lever rack gear. The driving power transfer gear is rotated by being integrally formed with a center axial line of the lever pinion. The driving power transfer gear is engaged with a main driving gear through a direction change gear.
