A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) transmitting unit(160) broadcasts the encoded content. A WiFi data processing unit(170) receives a communication data request message of a user. The WiFi data processing unit transmits the first communication data. A user information analyzing unit(180) analyzes user information.
