PURPOSE: A fluid transferring device is provided to guarantee the safe design of a fixed boom by forming an accommodation and a fixed boom in one body and to simultaneously obtain profitability and flexibility by consecutively connecting multiple rubber hoses. CONSTITUTION: A fluid transferring device comprises transferring hoses(30), an accommodation(10), and a fixed boom(20). The transferring hoses provide a moving passage of fluid through which fluid flows from a first position to a second position. The accommodation is formed in the first position. The fixed boom is formed in the accommodation in one body to support one end of the connected transferring hoses.
