PURPOSE: A domestic rice-polishing apparatus is provided to minimize noises and dust, to eliminate remaining bran, and to reduce the damage of rice by rounding the end parts of rotary blades. CONSTITUTION: A domestic rice-polishing apparatus includes a rice transferring part, a rice milling part(2), a milling degree regulating part, and a rice bran separating part(4). The rice milling part includes a milling case(21) and a milling shaft(22). The milling case receives rice and includes a plurality of discharging holes(211) for discharging bran. The milling shaft includes a plurality of rotary blades(221) rotating the rice in the milling case. The rice milling part mills the rice in the milling case. The milling degree regulating part regulates the discharging pressure of the rice from the rice milling part in order to regulate the milling degree of the rice in the rice milling part. The rice bran separating part includes a rice bran discharging part(41), a rice discharging part(42), a guiding part(422), and a blowing fan(43). The rice bran discharging part and the rice discharging part discharge rice bran and rice. The guiding part guides the rice from the rice milling part to the rice discharging part. The blowing fan transfers bran mixed with the rice in the guiding part to the rice bran discharging part.
