PURPOSE: An entrance control system for building is provided to easily use an opening and closing device with a phone regardless of the kinds of phone without charge according to used amount. CONSTITUTION: An entrance control system(100) for building comprises a common entrance gate, an opening and closing device(101), a control unit(103), a caller phone number providing center(107), and a phone(105). The opening and closing device is installed on a door and opens and closes the door. The control device is installed in a control desk of the building. The control device has a unique phone number and controls the opening and closing device. The caller phone number providing center communicates with the phone and provides a phone number transmitting from the phone.
