PURPOSE: An airless tire using tire interior materials and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be manufactured without additional molds and equipment and used without any punctures. CONSTITUTION: An airless tire comprises tire interior materials(1). The tire interior materials comprise a stretchable bellows pipe(10) and an elastic member(20). The stretchable bellows pipe is composed of steel materials or high strength plastic materials. An elastic spring is inserted along the inner groove of the stretchable bellows pipe and installed to be pressed in a tire. The elastic member is coiled along the exterior of the stretchable bellows pipe and adhered to the surface of a tire by the expansion force of the spring firmly.
