The element e.g. concrete prefabricated wall (M), has two concrete partitions (100a, 100b) separated by an empty insulation space (200) that is not filled with concrete iron bars (300). The partitions are connected together by the concrete iron bars. The partitions respectively accommodate welded lattices (120a, 120b) drowned in the concrete, and are connected to each other by the bars. Ends of the bars are welded with the lattices. Inner faces (110a, 110b) are arranged in face to face to the walls and equipped with panels (400a, 400b) that are made of insulating material. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a concrete prefabricated element.
