EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR MAKING A SPECIMEN FOR MEASURING STRENGTH OF SHOTCRETE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a test piece specimen for measuring the intensity of shotcrete are provided to manufacture a test piece specimen for measuring the intensity of shotcrete being placed and hardened under a standardized condition because the shotcrete is placed in the test piece specimen mold and hardened by freely falling the shotcrete. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a test piece specimen for measuring the intensity of shotcrete comprises a placing container(13) and a test piece specimen mold. The placing mold contains shotcrete(C) in a lower part by comprising a stopper capable of opening and closing. The shotcrete being contained in the container is freely fallen when the stopper is opened. The test piece specimen mold is arranged under the placing container by being spaced and composed of a lateral wall unit(27a) of a cylindrical form and a mold bottom unit(27b). The mold bottom unit closes an opened bottom of the mold lateral wall unit. The test piece specimen mold contains the shotcrete being fallen from the placing container. The test piece specimen mold rotates so that the mold lateral wall unit is downwardly inclined or faced downward.
