PURPOSE: An automatic response system, a user terminal, and an automatic call connecting method are provided to reduce the expense of unnecessary communication fee by reducing call connection time. CONSTITUTION: If a call connection request is inputted though an input unit(110), a control unit(130) transmits latest version confirmation request which is stored to a user terminal(100) to an auto response system(300). If the guide message is the newest version, the user terminal outputs the stored guide message. If the guide message is not the newest version, the user terminal outputs the newest message which is provided from the auto response system.
