The device has a roller (1) mounted on a shaft (2) that translatively moves by two cap nuts (3) and stainless steel washers (7) in a cover (4). The cover is welded onto two curved tubes (5) that are fixed on a plate (6). The roller is arranged relative to the cover formed by the curved tubes. The tubes are bent at an angle of 90 degrees to allow passage of a rope on the roller. The washers are positioned at each side of the roller. Each tube has a vertical portion for horizontally guiding the rope. The tubes have a plastic stopper at its ends, and the roller is made of white nylon.
