PURPOSE: An internal power voltage generating circuit is provided to stably operate a logic circuit by preventing internal power voltage from being excessively changed when the logic circuit is operated. CONSTITUTION: An internal power voltage generating circuit generates internal power voltage from power voltage inputted to a power terminal and comprises an output transistor(801) and a current limiting circuit(102). The output transistor outputs voltage applied to a gate. The current limiting circuit limits the maximum currents of the output transistor and has a resistance.
