PURPOSE: A post-processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus thereof are provided to discharge a sheet of the final page in case one paper exceeds the maximum loading number of a process tray. CONSTITUTION: A discharging tool(16) discharges a sheet located to a processing tray to a discharging tray. The discharging tool discharges a sheet bunch when the residual number of unloaded sheet to the processing tray exceeds the maximum loading number. A transferring unit(14) transfers a sheet of a first page loaded on the process tray.
