PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a conductive foam sheet is provided to remarkably reduce manufacturing cost by blowing through a chemical crosslinking using an oven, and to obtain enough conductivity, thereby capable of preventing an electrical short phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive foam sheet comprises a step of respectively mixing PE and a foaming agent, PE and a crosslinking agent, and PE and pigment; a step of particlizing the respective mixed raw material, a step of storing the raw material; a step of mixing the raw material and a conductive material; a step of manufacturing the mixed raw material to a cured base substrate; a step of manufacturing a curable resin by blowing the thermosetting resin through an oven; a step of treating a rough surface of the conductive foam sheet; and a step of winding the conductive foam sheet to a roll type.
