The device (10) has a support (11) i.e. plate, provided with a fixing unit (12) i.e. screw, to fix the support to a rear upright/foot (3). A movable sealing joint (16) is mounted on the support to articulate between a closing position in which the joint seals a fluid flow passage and an opening position in which the joint releases the passage. A torsion spring (18), forces the joint to the closing position. The spring has an arm (20) supported on the support and another arm (23) secured to the joint. The support is formed from a rigid plastic material, and the joint is formed from elastomer.
