<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain excellent workability such as the visibility and assemblability to a packaging line on the interior side in a twin packaging machine having two packaging lines. <P>SOLUTION: A second packaging line 3 on the proximal side out of the two rows of packaging lines 2, 3 is installed at the position lower than the first packaging line 2 on the distal side. By setting the first packaging line to be lower by the height corresponding to the height of an end seal device 48, the first packaging line is located completely above the second packaging line.
