<p>The gliding-sports device comprises a core, a bottom chord (5), a top chord (2), a metallic side edge, and/or metallic circumferential edge. The bottom and top chords consist of fiber reinforced material having a thermoplastic matrix and continuous fibers. A sliding layer is arranged below the bottom chord, and a decorative layer (1) is arranged over the top chord. The bottom chord, the core and the top chord are connected together/three-dimensionally deformed together under pressure and temperature corresponding to a contour of the gliding-sports device. The gliding-sports device comprises a core, a bottom chord (5), a top chord (2), a metallic side edge, and/or metallic circumferential edge. The bottom and top chords consist of fiber reinforced material having a thermoplastic matrix and continuous fibers. A sliding layer is arranged below the bottom chord, and a decorative layer (1) is arranged over the top chord. The bottom chord, the core and the top chord are connected together/three-dimensionally deformed together under pressure and temperature corresponding to a contour of the gliding-sports device. The core consists of foamed material and/or honeycomb material. An insert material is positively integrated into the core. The sliding layer is connected with the bottom chord by the thermoplastic matrix of the bottom chord. The decorative layer is connected with the top chord by the thermoplastic matrix of the top chord and is joined with the bottom chord, the core and the top chord under the pressure and the temperature. The decorative layer is bonded to the top chord. The thermoplastic matrix is joined by the top and/or bottom chords and is joined together with the bottom chord, the core and the top chord under the pressure and the temperature. A tipspacer adjoins in a longitudinal extension of the core. The tipspacer, the core, the top and bottom chords in combination with components in the form of the sliding layer, the decorative layer, the inserts, the side edges or the circular edge are joined by the thermoplastic matrix under the pressure and the temperature to form the gliding-sports device.</p> |
