The coil current characteristics in the scanning window (11), which correspond to the switching time (10) of solenoid valve, are examined between the scanning start time (t1) and the scanning end time (t2) of sampled coil voltage. The fixed coil current value (I-300) and/or the coil voltage value is determined before the sample period, based on the sampling process, using the determined coil currents and/or coil voltage values.
