<p>Disclosed are a method, device, and system for controlling a UE to take measurements, the method comprising: an RNC transmits to a UE ANR measurement configuration information; the UE takes ANR measurements according to the ANR measurement configuration information and stores the measurement results; when a cache for storing measurement results is full, the UE transmits an instruction message to the RNC; when the RNC receives the instruction message, the RNC transmits to the UE an ANR request message; when the UE receives the ANR request message, the UE reports the stored measurement result. The technical solution presented in the present invention solves the problem in the prior art of lack of specific reporting method when the UE cache for storing measurement results is full, thereby ensuring timely reporting of measurement results.</p> |
