AN APATITE COMPLEX INCORPORATED WITH SIROLIMUS, A METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF AND A STENT FOR CONTROLLABLE RELEASE OF SIROLIMUS COMPRISING THE COMPLEX

PURPOSE: An apatite composite with fixated sirolimus, a producing method thereof, and a stent for control-releasing the sirolimus including thereof are provided to form an apatite layer with the fixated sirolimus on an alkali-treated Co-CR alloy substrate. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an apatite composite with fixated sirolimus comprises the following steps: alkali-treating a Co-CR alloy substrate; dipping the alkali-treated Co-CR alloy substrate into a solution containing DPBS for forming an apatite coating layer; and dropping a solution containing the sirolimus on the substrate having the apatite coating layer, and drying the substrate. The alkali-treating process is performed by using a NaOH solution. The DPBS solution is obtained by dissolving a Dulbecco phosphate buffer solution and CaCl_2 in ultra-pure water.
