PURPOSE: An account transfer system using an OTP(One Time Password) generated by transfer information and a method thereof are provided to enhance security and convenience by storing a module generating the OTP in a mobile terminal by using transfer information and a private key. CONSTITUTION: An OTP generating module(11) is executed if a PIN is inputted by a user. The OTP generating module generates a first encoding unit of an OTP by inputting a first private key of the user and transfer information. The OTP generating module generates a second encoding unit of the OTP by inputting a second private key of the user and time information. A bank server access module(21) transmits user authentication information and the transfer information to a standard OTP generating module(32) by inputting the information.
