Disclosed are a cell location information providing method, device and system, wherein the cell location information providing method includes: a Gateway Mobile Location Center (GMLC) receives cell location information about User Equipment (UE); and the GMLC receives a location query request from a service network element, and directly provides cell location information about the UE to the service network element. By way of the present invention, the problem that the service experience is affected by the delay in obtaining the cell location information about the UE in the related art is solved, thus improving the service experience.
