PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate data from respective facilities of a manufacturing line without any lack of information.

SOLUTION: A data collection device 11 collects inspection data from inspection devices 33 and 35 of the manufacturing line and adds it to a characteristic value table of an inspection DB recording unit 63. The data collection device 11 includes: an inspection file recording unit 60 that acquires an inspection file including the inspection data and its file name from the inspection devices 33 and 35 and records them therein; an additional information extracting unit 50 that extracts additional information related to the inspection data from the file name read from the inspection file recording unit 60; a data changing unit 51 that adds the extracted additional information to the inspection data in the inspection file from the inspection file recording unit 60 and defines it as characteristic value data; and a data writing unit 53 that adds the characteristic value data from the data changing unit 51 to the characteristic value table of the inspection DB recording unit 63.
