<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating effectiveness of a cytokine method and a statin method to a patient, and a measuring method for CD73 protein in a sample obtained from interstitial fluid of a solid body. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for evaluating the effectiveness of the cytokine method and statin method to a patient suffering from a disease, the method using CD73 in interstitial fluid obtained from the patient as a biomarker. Further, there is provided the measuring method for CD73 protein in the sample obtained from the interstitial fluid of the solid body by i) determining the level of the CD73 protein in the sample by exposing the sample to a binder for recognizing the CD73 protein and determining the quantity of the binder, or ii) detecting activity of the CD73 protein in the sample by using thin-layer chromatography or exposing the sample to a CD73 matrix and monitoring change of the matrix. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
