<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing aqueous dispersion of a resin fine particle, which can suppress hydrolysis with respect to polyester resin and cross-linked polyester resin having a high softening temperature without using an organic solvent. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing aqueous dispersion of a resin fine particle includes a blending process for blending at least an aqueous medium, polyester resin and surfactant to obtain a mixture, a neutralizing process for controlling pH of the mixture to 6.0 to 8.5 while heating the mixture at a temperature T1(°C) that is equal to or higher than Tg and equal to or lower than Tm, when a glass-transition point and a softening temperature of the polyester resin is defined as Tg(°C) and Tm(°C), respectively, an emulsifying process by applying shear force while heating the mixture after the neutralizing process at a temperature T2(°C) that is equal to or higher than T1 to obtain emulsion, and a cooling process for cooling the emulsion while applying shear force to obtain the aqueous dispersion of the resin fine particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
