<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery which can prevent the battery having an insulation plate disposed therein from causing a failure in the next process to thereby improve its productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprises: an electrode plate group formed by winding around a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate in which a current collecting lead is extracted to a core portion, through a separator; an insulation plate arranged in an upper part of the electrode plate group; an electrolytic solution stored in a case; and a columnar component arranged in a space formed in the core portion of the electrode plate group. In the nonaqueous electrolyte battery, the insulation plate arranged in the upper part of the electrode plate group and the columnar component arranged in the space of the core portion of the electrode plate group are integrally formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
