摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inspection system and inspection method of a heat transfer pipe for monitoring the thinning-down state of the temporal change of a heat transfer pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection system of a heat transfer pipe which inspects the thinning-down states of a plurality of heat transfer pipes 4 arranged in a heat exchanger includes: a support part 14 fixed to the heat transfer pipes 4; a displacement sensor 12 supported by the support part 14, and configured to, on the basis of a reference mark 52A showing the reference position of each of the heat transfer pipes 4, measure the surface shape of the heat transfer pipe at any one place of all the directions; and a signal processor 16 configured to store the reference surface shape of the heat transfer pipe measured on the basis of the reference mark in such a state that the heat transfer pipe is not thinned. This inspection system is configured to measure the surface shape by the displacement sensor on the basis of the reference mark 52 after the lapse of a predetermined time, and to compare the measured surface shape with the reference surface shape stored in the signal processor 16, and to obtain the thinning state of the heat transfer pipe at the measurement point of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
