PURPOSE: A broadcasting control channel transception method and an apparatus thereof are provided to store packet combination information for receiving a BCCH(Broadcast Control CHannel). CONSTITUTION: A transceiving unit(505) transmits a broadcasting control channel. The transceiving unit receives log information. The log information indicates whether to succeed reception of the broadcasting control channel. A log information analyzing unit(515) collects the log information. The log information analyzing unit analyzes the log information. The log information analyzing unit resets transmission parameters.
