<p>A customised, flagstone-like building element forming a single module and detachable modules, used for erecting and consolidating macro-structures forming a building, consists of a structural flagstone (A) having standard dimensions that does not require adding extra raw material and does not involve an increase in the cost of production, besides reducing the total cost of the installation of the electrical and hydraulic systems by means of a recess (a1) which, once the wall is formed, allows channels (Ca) to be created to house conduits (Co) and/or tubes (Tu).</p> |
