<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coloring a salt seasoning capable of obtaining a uniform development effect with a natural tone of color for the salt seasoning. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: draining the cut flower, making it absorb water sufficiently, and cutting and freezing only a neck of the flower; freeze-drying the flower; and coloring the salt seasoning by crushing the freeze-dried flower together with the salt seasoning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
