<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of preventing fretting wear in contact surfaces between outer and inner annular members and a rolling element during minute vibration or when vibration is externally applied, and to provide a pulley with a damper including the same. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing 1 includes: outer and inner annular members 2 and 4 rotated relatively; and a plurality of rolling elements 6 rolling between mutually facing raceway grooves of the outer and inner annular members 2 and 4. The rolling element 6 is formed so as to contain zirconia-yttria and alumina at a ratio of 50:50 to 95:5 based on mass ratio. The zirconia-yttria content is formed from zirconia in which the content of yttria is in a range of 1.5 mole percent or more and 5.0 mole percent or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
