<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diene-based rubber wet masterbatch in which an ammonium salt hardly remains, a method for producing the same, vulcanized rubber of an unvulcanized rubber composition containing the diene-based rubber wet masterbatch and to significantly improve adhesiveness, heat build-up and reinforcing properties of pneumatic tires. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a diene-based rubber wet masterbatch includes a step (I) for producing a filler-containing diene-based rubber latex by mixing a diene-based rubber latex comprising a natural rubber latex as a main component with a filler-containing slurry solution in a liquid phase and a step (II) for coagulating a filler-containing diene-based rubber latex by adding fine foams to a filler-containing diene-based rubber latex and removing the ammonia contained in the filler-containing diene-based rubber latex. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
